YC Condos will be 66 storeys high and will feature three floors of world-class amenities. As the tower rendering shows, YC Condos won’t just be another glass box addition to the downtown core. Canderel Residential’s amazing architecture firm, Graziani + Corazza Architects, has designed a fashionable black and white building with extended balconies from top to bottom. Following suit with Canderel Residential’s other buildings, YC Condos will have convenient access to the subway, future PATH access, as well as retail at the podium and shopping and dining within a short walking distance.
